Planning consent for 18 PassivHaus apartments at Woodham Place, Woking

Greenoak is delighted to have achieved planning consent for 18 high quality, low environmental impact apartments set in landscaped grounds and designed to attract downsizers.

The apartments will be designed to PassivHaus and Lifetime Homes standards and will replace an obsolete scheme to provide homes fit for the future.
