Raglan and Greenoak growing in Woking

Greenoak, with partner Raglan Housing Association has successfully bid to take over 92 social housing family homes in Woking, Surrey from Places for People Housing Association - expanding Greenoak's property portfolio in Woking to over 400 homes.


The properties, all two to four bedroom houses will be locally managed by Greenoak. We plan to improve the sustainability and energy efficiency of the properties and will carry out an initial eco audit. We will also provide a Green Doctor service to tenants to address fuel poverty and help to reduce fuel bills. Repairs and planned works will be carried out by our direct labour team.

Diana Kingdon, Chief Executive of Greenoak said: "The agreement to manage these homes on behalf of Raglan is reflection of our shared values and of Greenoak's reputation as leaders in sustainable housing.
