Head of Assets
Salary: circa £60,000

The role reports into the Chief Executive, is a member of our management team and leads and manages our assets and maintenance services teams, including an inhouse direct labour team. The post holder will ensure that we develop and deliver high quality, good value quality services to our customers and deliver continuous improvements embracing new technology, innovation and best practice.
The appointee will already experience of leading a team providing excellent property management and maintenance services.
